Privacy Policy

SchulteGrid (the "App") respects your privacy. The App provides Schulte grid training in an offline, local manner. It does not require account registration, does not operate developer servers for receiving user data, and does not integrate advertising or behavioral analytics platforms. Please read and understand this Policy before using the App. This Policy applies only to the App's own data processing and does not apply to services independently provided by Apple, such as the App Store.
1. Information Processed Locally on Your Device
To provide the basic features, the App only processes the following information locally on your device:
1. Training records: completed training date and time, grid difficulty, completion time, and display text, used to show calendar records, history, and best results.
2. App settings: preferences such as sound effects, difficulty, Pure Mode style, and colors, used to remember your choices.
3. Membership status: based on valid subscription entitlements returned by the App Store, the App stores whether membership is active locally to unlock related features.
The information above is stored in the App's local storage. The developer does not actively read, receive, or upload this local information.
2. Information the App Does Not Collect
The App does not request or collect your name, phone number, email address, account password, identity documents, contacts, location, photos, camera or microphone content, health information, advertising identifiers, or similar personal information.
The current version does not request system privacy permissions such as location, contacts, calendars, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or ad tracking. It does not use cookies, web beacons, similar online tracking technologies, advertising SDKs, or third-party analytics SDKs.
3. Use, Retention, and Deletion
1. Local information is used only to provide training, result display, preference memory, and membership features. It is not used for advertising, marketing, or unrelated purposes.
2. Settings are retained until you change them again. Training records are retained until they are cleared by the operating system or you delete the App.
3. You can view training records and change related settings in the App. To delete all local information stored by the App, delete the App directly. Because the developer does not hold this data, the developer cannot remotely read, modify, restore, or delete it for you.
4. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. You need to manage or cancel the subscription separately in your Apple ID subscription settings.
4. Apple Services and In-App Purchases
The core training features do not require network access and do not send requests to developer servers. App downloads, updates, in-app purchases, purchase restoration, and subscription management are provided by Apple. To complete these services, your device may communicate with Apple's services, and Apple may process necessary information such as Apple ID, purchase records, payment status, device information, and diagnostics according to its terms and privacy policy.
The developer does not receive your bank card number, full Apple ID, or other complete payment credentials. The App only uses StoreKit interfaces provided by Apple to confirm product information and subscription entitlements. Apple's processing of related information is not controlled by the App.
5. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure
The App is a local app and does not require registration or login. Training records, app settings, and similar information are stored only on your device. They are not uploaded to developer servers or provided to other third parties.
Because the developer does not receive the local information described above, there is generally no sharing, transfer, or disclosure of such information by the developer. If future product features change and require collection or sharing of personal information, we will update this Policy before enabling the relevant feature and provide notice and obtain any required consent as required by law.
6. Information Security
The App stores local information through the iOS app sandbox to reduce the risk of unauthorized access by other apps. Please keep your device secure and use system protections such as screen lock. Local information may still be lost due to device failure, accidental operation, or other factors beyond control.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy due to feature changes, system changes, or legal and regulatory requirements. The revised Policy will be updated on this page and will state the new updated date and effective date. If a change involves new personal information processing activities, we will provide appropriate separate notice before enabling the relevant feature.

二、本应用不收集的信息
本应用不要求或收集您的姓名、手机号、电子邮箱、账号密码、身份证件、通讯录、位置、照片、相机或麦克风内容、健康信息、广告标识符等个人信息。
当前版本不申请定位、通讯录、日历、照片、相机、麦克风、健康数据或广告跟踪等系统隐私权限，不使用 Cookie、Web Beacon 或类似网络追踪技术，也不集成广告或第三方统计 SDK。
三、信息的使用、保存与删除
1. 本地信息仅用于提供训练、成绩展示、偏好记忆和会员功能，不用于广告、营销或其他无关目的。
2. 设置会保留至您再次修改；训练记录会保留至被操作系统清除或您删除本应用。
3. 您可以在本应用内查看训练记录并修改相关设置。若要删除本应用保存的全部本地信息，直接删除本应用即可。由于开发者不持有这些数据，无法远程读取、修改、恢复或代为删除。
4. 删除本应用不会自动取消 App Store 订阅；您需要在 Apple ID 的订阅管理中另行管理或取消订阅。
四、Apple 服务与应用内购买
核心训练功能无需联网，也不会向开发者服务器发送请求。本应用的下载、更新、应用内购买、恢复购买和订阅管理由 Apple 提供。为完成这些服务，您的设备可能与 Apple 的服务通信，Apple 可能依据其条款和隐私政策处理 Apple ID、购买记录、付款状态、设备及诊断等必要信息。
开发者不会获得您的银行卡号、完整 Apple ID 或其他支付凭证。本应用仅通过 Apple 提供的 StoreKit 接口确认相关商品信息和订阅权益。Apple 对相关信息的处理不由本应用控制。
五、信息共享、转让与披露
本应用为本地版本，不需要注册或登录。训练记录、应用设置等信息仅保存在您的设备本地，不会上传至开发者服务器，也不会提供给其他第三方。
由于开发者不接收上述本地信息，通常不存在由开发者对其进行共享、转让或披露的情形。若未来产品功能发生变化并需要收集或共享个人信息，我们会在功能启用前更新本政策，并依法另行向您告知、征得必要同意。
六、信息安全
本应用通过 iOS 应用沙盒保存本地信息，以减少其他应用未经授权访问的风险。请您妥善保管设备并使用系统锁屏等安全措施。受设备故障、误操作或其他不可控因素影响，本地信息仍可能丢失。
七、政策变更
我们可能因功能调整、系统变化或法律法规要求修订本政策。修订后的政策会在本页面更新，并标明新的更新日期和生效日期。若变更涉及新增个人信息处理活动，我们会在相关功能启用前以适当方式另行告知。
